Outer dimensions  of tray, not counting flange, 27 13/16" x 9 5/16" x 9" deep. 1" flange measured from outside of tray. See image above that shows where measurements are taken from. Fabricated entirely from 1/4" Starboard/Seaboard. New item, never used but may have a scuff or two from kicking around the shop for awhile. Nice deep storage tray
