After ordering you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk mail folder. This is usually where it will end up if it's not in your inbox.

Once item is shipped you will receive the tracking number, and you can always check the status of your order, just send a message to customplasticworks@gmail.com

All items are made to order so expect lead time of 1-2 weeks, potentially (but rarely) slightly longer during our busiest months which are March through June.
